The models in the 4K HDR BZ-P Series, which range in size from 43″ to 85″, feature a new optical system and XR processor-based AI backlight control that cut power consumption by about 31%.
Sony Europe has introduced a range of 16 Bravia displays that offer superior image quality and improved energy efficiency. The models in the 4K HDR BZ-P Series range in size from 43″ to 85″ and incorporate Sony’s Deep Black Non-Glare technology.
The four displays in the flagship BZ40P line-up feature Deep Black Non-Glare Premium technology – accommodating 47% anti-glare – and support 700 nits of brightness.

In the BZ35P range, the six models offer Deep Black Non-Glare Standard technology – 25% anti-glare – and 500 nits.
The six BZ30P displays also incorporate Deep Black Non-Glare Standard technology, while providing 400 nits of brightness.
The line-up uses a system-on-chip architecture that removes the need for an additional set-top box for digital signage, and features a new user interface and set-up programme.
All 16 displays feature Sony’s AI-powered XR signal processing for accurately depicting images and text.

The thin and lightweight displays have been equipped with central VESA mounting holes for easy installation, while the 75″ and 85″ models also include in-chassis handles to assist with transportation.
Native integration between the BZ-P Series and Sony’s Remote Management System solutions, meanwhile, gives users total control over cloud-based provisioning, control, monitoring and maintenance.
The models in the BZ40P and BZ35P ranges feature IP5X-compliant dust resistance, making them suitable for use in transportation, retail and industrial environments.
The BZ-P Series’ new high-efficiency optical system and XR processor-based AI backlight control reduce power consumption by about 31%, compared with the BZ-L Series. The new models also incorporate a higher percentage of Sony’s recycled plastic, SORPLAS.
Additionally, the displays’ usage can be tracked and managed through their internal ECO Dashboard to provide visibility into the impact of using certain settings and help contribute to a reduced total cost of ownership.
The Bravia BZ-P Series, which is expected to be on display at ISE, will be available in the summer.
